Animal Jam Rares #6: Gazelle Horns

Hai, the sixth rare of the blog is... Gazelle Horns! Gazelle Horns go by the nickname Gazelles, and there are 4 colors of them: Bright red horns with cranberry red stripes, carnation pink horns with white stripes, dark purple horns with orange stripes, and black horns with dark gray stripes.

The order of rarity for gazelle horns with 1 being the rarest and 4 being the least rare is..

1. Black Gazelle Horns

2. Pink Gazelle Horns

3. Red Gazelle Horns

4. Purple Gazelle Horns

Here's a few fair trades you could do to get gazelle horns:

1.  Founder's Hat for Black Gazelle Horns.

2.  A long spiked collar and scarecrow for Pink Gazelle Horns.

3. 2 Long Black Spiked Wristbands and a rocking horse for Red Gazelle Horns.

4. A short spiked wristband, Jamaaliday bow, and bongo drums for Purple Gazelle Horns.

There are also some unreleased gazelle horn colors, white horns with light gray stripes, green-blue horns with black stripes, peachy orange horns with black stripes, and pale purple horns with black stripes.

Snowyclaw owns the one and only pale purple gazelle horns pair. Here's the worth of the purple pair:

1. 4 Black Gazelle Horns, or 4 founder's hats which would be the same worth.

ONLY if Snowyclaw thought that was a good trade, because the only worth is the one and only owner's opinion. If anyone owner the white, green, or peachy orange pair, they would be worth 3 black gazelles and an orange beard if the owner of the gazelles thought that was a good trade.

Animal Jam Rares #5: Mech Angel Helmets

Haiya, the fifth rare of the blog is... Mech Angel Helmets!

Mech Angel Helmets are an ultra rare helmet that goes with the Mech Angel Wings. The Helmets are rarer then the wings because they are member and not available in Sky High. There is a less rare version of the Mech Angel Helmet that is orange with yellow tips, and it was a 2012 Rare Item Monday.

There is ANOTHER version of mech angel helmets, rarer then the orange helmet but less rare then the original Mech Angel Helmet.

Freedom Helmets are nonmember, with a red base, white feathers and blue feather tips. I am pretty sure they were re-released in July 2011 along with Freedom Wings, therefore they aren't worth too much.

Back to Mech Angel Helmets, they come in 4 colors:

*Raspberry based helmet with white feathers and carnation pink feather tips.

*Bronze based helmet with cranberry feathers and bright red feather tips.

*Icy blue based helmet with silver feathers and icy blue feather tips.

*Dark purple based helmet with white feathers and dark blue feather tips.

There are also some unreleased mech angel helmet colors found in best dressed: black, green, peach, and pale purple.

There may be a few pale purple mech angel helmets out there, but most are owned by AJHQ and were spotted on their koala on the daily explorer.

Animal Jam Rares #4: Founder's Hat

Hai guys, the fourth rare of this blog is.... the Founder's Hat! Founders were released in September 2010 and became extremely rare since beta. They were 40 gems and member only.

Founder's Hats are very popular but worth a little over 2 long black spiked collars! This item is just like the Top Hat, but way rarer. It only comes in one color, yellow with white stripes and a golden ribbon. Here's some trades you could do to get a founder from.....

1.  3 Long Spiked Collars and Sweets Wallpaper for Founder

2.  2 Long Black Spiked Collars and Freedom Wings for Founder

3.  Black Gazelle Horns for Founder

Founders are not to be confused with brown top hats.

You see, brown Top Hats were re-released in January 2013. They're brown with tan stripes and a chestnut ribbon. Their label is also Top Hat, not Founder's Hat.

Animal Jam Rares #3: Spiked Collars and Wristbands

Hai, the third rare of this blog is... Spiked Collars and Wristbands! The rarity of spikes has gone way up since their release as a monthly member gift in July 2011. Many people want spikes for their rarity and beg spike owners for them. Short spikes used to be called Spiked Collars/Wristbands, while long spikes used to be called Spikey Collars/Wristbands.

The order of rarity for spikes are...

1. Black Spike

2. Purple Spike

3. Blue Spike

4. Red spike

5. Pink Spike

6. Yellow Spike

7. Orange Spike

8. Green Spike

In middlish 2012 there was a glitch when you send a short spiked collar to someone. It would appear as a "Spiked Necklace".

 At that time people went CRAZY trying to scam someone into sending them a short spiked collar just to see the glitch =_=. I don't know if the label said Spiked Necklace, and if it did if AJHQ fixed the glitch or not, but if they didn't that would make short spiked necklaces rarer then long spiked collars.

Animal Jam Rares #2: Legendary Wings and Beta Black Wings

Haillo, the second rare of this blog is... Legendary Wings! I know the real truth behind them, so I just wanted to say it. Legendary Wings were found in Best Dressed when it first came out, then were never heard from again. You know how best dressed has so many unreleased item colors? Those so called "Legendary Wings" were just called "Wings". They were later revised into the golden wings at epic wonders. Those Wings were a goldish-tan color with cranberry red tips.



They have never been heard from since beta, and it's been 2 years since beta, so they will probably never come out in their original colors since AJHQ already revised them into golden wings. That does NOT make golden wings rare. Golden Wings are SOLD. There are no trades for these wings, because they don't exist. If someone did have them, they'd be worth everything. The owner probably wouldn't trade them anyways.

Another Wing color that has confused jammers is the black beta wings.

These wings were sold in beta, and they are gray/black with white tips. That wing color was deleted from the game, and revised into the Halloween 2010 Scary Bat Wings. If a pair of these wings in the original colors did exist, it would be worth everything too. Or if both the beta gray wings and legendary wings had a pair in existance, you could trade gray for legendary.

Animal Jam Rares #1: Beta Tiara

Hai guys, the first rare of this blog is... the Beta Tiara :D! So, first there's the green beta tiara. It has a green base with a blueish-purple gem.
This tiara is the most common of the two types of beta tiara, green and pale purple. Here's some possible trades you could get a green beta tiara from.

1.  Scarecrow for a green beta tiara.
2.  Pink or green unrare worn blanket for a green beta tiara.
3.  Freedom Wings for a green beta tiara.

Bluish-purple gem green beta tiaras are easily confused with the store sold green tiaras. These tiaras have a red gem. (Picture credit to animal jam goldfish)
 
The next type of beta tiara has a pale purple base with a reddish-pink gem.
It is extremely rare with only 1-3 people having one. In my opinion, there's only two fair trades for one, with beards being in both. So, the trades are....

1.  4 of the second rarest colored beard for a pale purple tiara..?
2.  1 orange beard for a pale purple tiara...?

This tiara is easily confused with the regular store bought tiara which is more yellowish, but with the same colored gem. It can also be confused with another store bought tiara, with a pure white base and dark blue gem. (White tiara picture credit to AJG again)
